Permitted Development

This single storey side and rear Kitchen extension was completed under Permitted Development. The client wanted to add extra unit space in the kitchen along with the addition of a Downstairs WC.
Sketches were submitted to the local authority in order to obtain a Permitted Development Certificate, This is a free service and takes 2-3 weeks.
